Profile of a Successful RCCS Learner
Dear RCCS community,
We are excited to present the Profile of a Successful RCCS Learner. As the oldest charter school in the Lehigh Valley, Roberto Clemente Charter School was created to be a small learning environment that inspires and educates students to maximize their success. RCCS is a school of choice built around post-secondary readiness that encompasses high expectations for both learning and behavior. Being an RCCS student should be considered a point of pride for our students and our families.
The Profile of a Successful RCCS Learner defines specific attributes that are important to the RCCS community. Guided by the Mission & Vision of the school, each column represents an important category of actions, attitudes, and expectations for our students to strive to display each day.
As RCCS continues to work towards strengthening our learning community, this Profile will be used as a tool to guide strategic planning. It will also be used as a reference to guide discussions with students and their families to ensure a level of commitment to their enrollment in RCCS, but to also ensure that our students are equipped with the skills necessary for their success post-RCCS.
